Are you interest in: (i) price selection, (ii) price certainty, or (iii) fee risk sharing.
Depending on your file, the following fee agreements can be made: (i) traditional hourly rate, (ii) fixed fee by which a fixed price is agreed for a project or a particular stage of a procedure, (iii) capped fees by which a maximum fee is agreed, or (iv) a conditional fee arrangement by which the fee is linked to the risk of litigation.
If we have a clear picture of what is important to you and the extent to which you want to take a price risk or share that risk, we will develop a tailor-made rate.
